Immigration Advice

ImmigrationIf you have an immigration enquiry, it is very important that you obtain competent advice as soon as possible. If you want to appeal against an immigration decision you will usually have to act within ten working days if you are in the UK, but the time limit may be five days if you are detained. Check the letters for the timelimit.

You may be able to obtain an immediate answer to your enquiry from adviceguide, the CABx Services online information service provides practical, up to date independent information on your rights and details of other organisations that may be able to help.

The law only allows most Citizens Advice Bureaux to give general help with immigration matters. Sutton CABx does not have a specialist immigration adviser so we can only give very limited help.

These organisations may be able to provide advice.
